HOLE SUCKS AIR WHEN ENGINE IS IDLE OR IN LOAD ITS LIKE AUTO CHOKE AUTOMATICALLY INCREASE EXTRA RPM BCZ OF AUTO CHOKE. JUST PACK THAT HOLE FOR ZERO RPM ..THEN TURN SCREW OF FLAP CLOCK WISE SO LITTLE BIT FLAP OPENS SO RPM WILL INCREASE. ONCE BIKE STARTS ADJUST WITH THAT NUT BY TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT ...
