It's a nice place. it is extremely difficult to find land that close to town. Plus it is pretty close to the farm. The price sound like a lot but for around here I don't think it is.
I hate to tell these people, but what kind of farm can you have on four acres? The lawn alone wood probably take up two acres to setoff their large house. That is not a farm . It is a home.
It's more like a hobby farm. No they can't have 50 cows and 15 horse but they can probably have chickens and some other small farm animals. I would like to have a goat but I don't think my landlord would approve. But what if i said it was my therapy animal ?? 🙂
He had money from the show for 15 years and they also have a multiple book deal which brings in millions. They also have a website about being married.
*EXACTLY. AMY GOT FOR FREE. SO ANY RESONABLE NUMBER WOULD BE FAIR. AMY WAS GREEDY, SHE WANTED MORE MONEY THAN THE 2 KIDS TOGETHER COULD AFFORD. GREEDY AMY, WENT TO HIGH BIDDER*
@@PostUp_Time yes and everyone's blaming Matt, including Amy. She could have sold to her kids instead of Matt but she was in it for the money then blames Matt for not wanting to keep it in the family. Speaking of Amy, they mentioned retirement and she says shes not ready yet. Hasnt Amy been retired all her life with the exception of her teaching preschool and soccer? Not sure where she gets her income other than the show so what happens when the show ends? You wouldve thought she wouldve learned from the first marriage that she needs an education and a job in case it happens again. She claims to love teaching, why didnt she go to college all those years after the separation?
Not sure, but I read somewhere that Amy sold Matt her part of the farm for around $667,000. A number very much lower than what Matt is now asking. I believe she kept it lower so that one or both of the boys could buy her share- even tho she could have gotten more. I guess only the family knows the truth- i wish the boys could have gotten the farm for their kiddos. I care for all of them.
They aren’t getting paid by the show. So, they must be doing well, independently. Obviously, they qualified for the loan which means they have the means.
How do they afford an expensive house like that? What do they do for a living? Are all these kids popping out babies and buying houses off the money from the show?
That’s cheap for all the home and land they got! It’s beautiful and great for the children! Matt wasn’t going to help his children and grandchildren so they found their own way! Matt used his children like workhorses then he divorced them and their Mother for his gold digging employee!
Right! What the heck was Matt thinking? Just because the housing market went up he no longer wanted to sell to his kids. He wants to make money for himself and Karen knows if she marries him, a lot is going to her.
These pair do very little like the rest of the family so how can the fund and run such an expensive home and lifestyle. They should go and get a decent job and work all u see is helping their dad. They are pumpkin farmers that shoukd folk around their farm. Boring
I agree about Audrey. Never really liked her but they all seem entitled except Molly. Shes the only one that got an education and is working at a job. Even Amy is entitled. Why didn't she go back to college after the separation?
How does all of these rolloff kids afford $1 million houses and having a couple kids or more to support and take care of most people can’t get a loan for $1.5 million house how I would like to know

Congrats Jer, Audj, and kids. Love that you're moving forward independently. The kids are going to love it.

They sell self help books, she sells young living. They probably make more than being on the show ever gave them.

*TLC MUST PAY THIS CAST WELL, $$$$*
They aren’t getting paid by the show. So, they must be doing well, independently.

No one needs a house worth that much
How do they afford an expensive house like that? What do they do for a living? Are all these kids popping out babies and buying houses off the money from the show?
Also why do these kids keep having so many damn kids?
That’s cheap for all the home and land they got! It’s beautiful and great for the children! Matt wasn’t going to help his children and grandchildren so they found their own way! Matt used his children like workhorses then he divorced them and their Mother for his gold digging employee!
So sad most parents GIVE their children land to build a house on when they are farmers. Karen is going to get it all.
Right! What the heck was Matt thinking? Just because the housing market went up he no longer wanted to sell to his kids. He wants to make money for himself and Karen knows if she marries him, a lot is going to her.
That's sad. His first priority should be his kids and grandkids.
Just wait Pumpkin season is coming here and only a few miles from his dads
Does this mean you two boys have kicked Roloff Farms to the curb?
Why such an expensive home?....😒🙄😟
With that much money, you would think those kitchen cabinets were up to date, there also cheap
I agree! Very dated on the inside for that amount of money. It will cost another million to bring it up to date.
Why do they all want a farm 🚜 ,
From all the money made from show

Audrey is like an entitled snob. When she's pregnant, she complains too much. Jeremy is just like Matt!
*HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS? THEY LEFT THE SHOW 15 YEARS AGO!*
I agree about Audrey. Never really liked her but they all seem entitled except Molly. Shes the only one that got an education and is working at a job. Even Amy is entitled. Why didn't she go back to college after the separation?
Totally agree

*NO WAY DO THESE TWO HAVE 1.5 MILLION. THEY WERENT ON THE SHOW VERY LONG. AND JEREMY PREACHES ABOUT JESUS FOR A LIVING. GUESS MATT PAID FOR THE HOUSE*
4 acres isn’t a farm….
