    I have the IK Foam Pro 2 and if anything, your video helped me Realize that although I do like using mine for very small tasks like apc for bugs or wheels but watching you pump this up and do one panel seems to make you winded. Therefore not a good replacement for foam cannon. I did think of it as a way to possibly replace one of three buckets however, I still would need a place for the wash mat. I don't want to go changing the process until I see a great full procedure covering each issue but I do have to admit that it makes my life easier when using N-914 for Rinseless and Waterless.

      Ha yeah I get it. The winded part is due to me being not in the best shape. I'll try to do a full process video on my maintenance client this week. One full charge goes a long way. I'll be highlighting my wash process as well. Thank you for the support 🙏

    Cool video, straight to the point with the availability of having options to one's needs.

    You're the first person I've seen actually use the pump, which was nice to see because I'm not dragging a bunch of other stuff out just to get it pumped up. Good review. I heard that you can use 35:1 with the soap. And I thought that you were supposed to use these pump sprayers for snow foam. Then rinse, then contact wash. It would be awesome to have two of these and to be able to spray on foam with both products. Maybe someday!

      Thank you for watching and commenting. I'm not sure on the dilution ratio part. I would just play with it till it gets you consistent foam. Honestly there are many different ways to utilize foam cannons. Yes the mass states foam, rinse, foam and wash. While I didn't demonstrate my full method in this video. I normally apply an apc solution, then rinse, then foam and wash.

      @@YettiAutoDetailing APC, foam and a wash sounds like what my car needs at the moment! I've never heard of using an APC first, but for really neglected cars, I suppose that does wonders. Do you have one that works best? Simple Green I know I have heard people talk about and I have some of that Purple Power (I think that is the name of it).

      I use chemical Guys All Clean Plus 5:1. But honestly any other apc would work

    The oz of soap per gallon of water depends on the brand/kind of soap you use. There are more expensive soaps that are super concentrated therefore needing probably about 2 oz and even 1 oz of soap. Thanks for sharing!

    The water in my area is not good so within 2 weeks the white filter at the nozzle was clogged with dirt and caused the foam to come out unevenly. I have replaced the new one and used it very well, but there is one problem that the manufacturer provides these filters or not because only about a month later I don't have a new filter to replace. . Looking forward to hearing back soon so I can get things done with the amazing IK PRO 12 foam sprayer

    • @YettiAutoDetailing
      @YettiAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You would want to use distilled or filtered water with it. That would reduce the amount of buildup and make the filter last way longer .

    Great Video! Can it also just be used with plain distilled water to rinse the car or only to foam car soaps?

    • @YettiAutoDetailing
      @YettiAutoDetailing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a great question but honesty I'd just stick to using it for foam. You could always buy a pump sprayer from Home Depot or Lowes for example that aren't foamers that would probably work well for that purpose.

    The issue I have is keeping my ik 1.5 foamer going... it's always clogging up... I have love hate relationships with it.. when it works I love it when it doesn't I want to smash it to pieces... I use it for tires brake buster etc.. you have to really clean out the foamer to make it reliable.. I would be interested in you bigger version if it clogs up on you

    • @YettiAutoDetailing
      @YettiAutoDetailing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just bought this version but I have the smaller version and have had zero issues with it. Are you using distilled water ?

    • @barrybij8079
      @barrybij8079 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@YettiAutoDetailing no.im not... if it requires special water it gets even more of a downgrade . Maybe if you just use soap it wont clog up... maybe brake buster or Adam's wheel and tire is to thick ... or you are just more diligent about cleaning your equipment

    • @YettiAutoDetailing
      @YettiAutoDetailing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      For better care of tools and equipment I would recommend using distilled water when diluting any product. Most water has other gunk in it that over time can build up and cause things to clog.

      I have the IK 1.5 and never have an issue with it clogging up, I leave my wheel and tire cleaner inside of it as well.. Do you change out the filter on the nozzle? Maybe yours is clogged

      @@FrenchValleyAirport I use an extra foam cannon I had instead of the ik with wheel/tire cleaner.. Works so much better. Just less work and quicker. Makes my life easier.. if the ik works for you that's great. It was just a hassle for me
