Perfect congee recipe! Classic Congee 😋 Dried Stock Fish Porridge 柴魚花生粥 懷舊靚粥 家鄉風味 簡單三步

Dried stock fish porridge is one of the favorite food of Cantonese. Generally, the traditional method is more complicated. The authentic dried stock fish porridge takes a long time to prepare and cook. My version is relatively simple, with only three steps, but the taste is just the same. That's the familiar hometown flavor! Let's do it now
Dried stock fish porridge Ingredients (for 6-8 persons):
1.5 cups of rice
Two stock fish (boneless)
300 g peanuts
2 pds of Roast pork bones
4 large Scallops (8 for small ones)
A few slices of ginger
One piece of dried bean stick
10 cups of water
Seasoning: salt, oil, cooking wine, soy sauce
Optional ingredients: lettuce, shallots, fried peanuts, crispy chips

柴魚花生粥 材料(6-8人 份量):
米 1.5杯
柴魚 兩條 (無骨)
花生 300克
燒豬骨頭 兩磅
干贝 四个 (大)
薑片 幾片
腐竹 一條
清水 10杯
調味料: 鹽, 油, 紹酒, 醬油
自選配料: 生菜, 青蔥, 油炸花生, 薄脆
