I agree with all this- what’s been most powerful for me is my local dead. I do think the spirits get to know you. They seem to get more chatty once they do. I’ve seen spirits over time at cemeteries I go to and have had many downloads there. Not in creepy crazy ways. Just like any relationship with you get more familiar it’s easier to communicate. I have a specific soldier I always say hi to I seen one time by his grave. I have had local spirits and land spirits talk to me there. It all sounds so woo woo but when it happens it’s not. I go leave offerings almost every time I go. And many time so go just to be there with no need for anything other than to pay respects.
Also land spirits. There is a river in my area I have connected to that does feel very personal. I’ve gotten various tools I felt the river gave me. Like little river pebbles or shells. These are very special to me because they feel like I’m meant to have them.
Good advise in this video :)❤❤❤

It’s so wonderful to hear about your experiences with the local dead and the spirits of the land. It’s truly heartwarming how those connections can feel so personal! It's a rewarding practice to honor the local dead and land. Truly one of my favorites.

I cant wait for your video on sygils! I decided to do sygil magik at the beach. I make a sygil on paper before I get to the beach. Then i pick 3 locations on the beach where im going to draw them. I walk to each location chanting or saying the intention in my mind. Draw it, circle it 3 times, all while continuing the chant. I say it over & over again until my walk is done & all 3 sygils are drawn. I put them in locations where the tide will rise to & activate the sygil as it washes away. I use a special piece of driftwood that i found & designated it as my sygil wand. I cant wait to see the other techniques.

I love this idea! The beach is a great place to use sigil magic. I'm very excited to make the video as well.

I think they are good practices for any stage of witchy-ness - sometimes I think as we get older and a little bit more complacent, we forget the foundations of good practice. We need videos like this to remind us!!
Though I still cannot meditate to save my life - my mind always turns to food (for some unbeknown reason) and with guided meditations, I usually fall asleep hahaha - But I still try my best and that's all anyone can do!!
I am currently doing a sigil for a friend who is moving state to a new home and she wanted a sigil for protection, so I have worked it out and I am in the process of making it into an artistic plaque for her to put up in her new home.... I would be interested in seeing how you do your sigils!!
Have a great week Alice )O( xxx

@@annettemclean1922 thanks so much! I think a lot of activities can be a meditative act. Cooking could be your meditation! Just like a walk can be or doing art. But yes, doing your best is all you need.
I live this sigil idea! How kind of you to make a magical art piece for your friend. I'm very excited to share my sigil making process. It's one of my favorite kinds of magic.
Thanks again for your kind words. I always look forward to your comments, Annette 💜
