@@frankiegrealestate understood, I was a little surprised based of a few other selections. The HOA is relatively cheap, and I feel like you get a lot for $6 per month and then be right next schools and such
I live in a neighborhood that is surrounded by all the areas you showed I bought a small home for 50k back in 2013. Good luck in today's market the homes are out of range for most people here and now they have been tearing down every bit of woodland around us to make over prices apartments and cookie cutter two story homes with no space. I will stick to my fully paid off property even if it was built in the 80s and is falling apart if I'm going to spend 400k on a home it would not even be in this state alone spring hill there is little to no tourism trade here you must drive at least 50 miles in any direction to get a decent beach or city experience. Run of the mill shopping and dining. I want some panda express right now and I have to drive 30 minutes south to Trinity to get some dinner. Oh and they make you pay for your trash through your property tax piss off Hernando county, my kids can't even be busses to school because we live barely inside the 2 mile rule for pick up. Think about these things before you move here and prepare to cut your grass year around. I know there's worse places but stick around here a few seasons and you will want to move again worst weather in Florida as well. It may sound negative but just know what you don't want before coming here.

HOA hell. Watch out.
What's a villa compared to a regular house?
You missed Lake in the Woods.
Sheeeeeeshhh no Sterling Hill?
Sterling could have definitely made the list, but I chose my favorites.

@@MrSpacelySb definitely a top community in the area! Maybe I'll make a video highlighting it soon!
You must not sell in Timber Pines, that would be #1 HOA community by far, not just in SH but any surrounding area!!!
Thanks for commenting Tim. Timber Pines is great! Just a little niche for this video considering it is an active adult community.

I think your ranking are reversed. Silver thorn and Avalon gated look the best
