That’s only when infusion of light procs tho otherwise holy light is cheaper and also restores 1% mana each cast. Would that even it out? Guess it depends on stats lol I gotta sit down and do the math
not sure of strength of conviction.. hpals are so gcd hungry already plus if being trained it wont help much in that case..for sure we need more testing with it
Divine Toll doesn't give you holy power. Holy Shock gives you holy power. Divine Toll casts Holy Shock on up to 5 targets. When you're nowhere near any enemy or friendly targets it can only hit you, so it only gives one holy power. In an arena you're likely to hit 5 targets though, which means it will almost always give 5 holy power, because it casts 5 holy shocks, instead of 1.

And I explained why, which is because Holy Shock is the thing giving you holy power, not Divine Toll itself. Which is why it depends on the number of targets

On the tooltip flash costed like 13k mana and holy light cost 8k or something like that. I was also running verse mastery too to get super fat heals.

hpal is unplayable in arenas. Literally no reason to ever play with an hpal over a disc.

Therefore: you > Divine Toll > Holy Shock x5.
Divine toll gives you 5 HP.
