nice work Dana im so glad that you took your time and waited until the following day to spray color and clear it eliminated the chance of moisture setting down on the fresh paint early in the morning that really kills the gloss if you run into this issue i know painting is hard enough let alone us putting our work in places that could destroy what we are trying to accomplish so when you can eliminate issues your better off in the end great job

Looks good. My only concern is how well your typical 1K rattle can paint is going to stand up in the long term to the heat and exposure to grease and other fluids in an engine bay.

Your vid and the previous one I watched don't mention or show a sand / wet sand after the filler primer. Without the pre-topcoat sand, will adhesion be acceptable..as well as smooth enough..?
