Taeyeon said that there's a contrived version of her in front of the camera... but the truth is... there is so much of herself that's still there. Yes, in front of the camera she has to be more poised, proper, etc. But the real Taeyeon can't be hidden away. Through behind the scene and making of videos... we got to see the real Taeyeon who is down to earth, caring, funny, and very dorky. Real Taeyeon fans know that you like her for the vocal, the visual, and the artist... but you LOVE her for the endearing dork she truly is. I've met her mother and her older brother in the past. You can really feel the warmth and loving nature of her family, which explains how she can be this famous and still remain grounded and a great person
Dude, you should react to Taeyeon's live stages, you will be amazed at how well she can sing live, you won't notice much difference with the studio version. If you are up for it you could start with Fine live, it will give you goosebumps.

Happy birthday to Taeyeon! It's shown a bit at the beginning of the video, but as someone who's watched her grow practically since debut, her sincerity towards music is exceptional and it shows in her music. imo when someone so gifted, also has such a one-track mind and sincere love for her craft, that's when you get someone so special like her. She absolutely shines on stage. Taeyeon has received a lot of love calls for acting, but her response to that has stayed in my mind forever. She said she wants to sing to her heart's content first and then maybe she'll think about it. That was well a decade into her career already and she still had that thirst for singing like she did at debut.

Taeyeon and probably all the other members are proud to be part of Girls' Generation. They understand the importance of being successful as a group more than their individual career. Since SNSD already achieved being successful as The Nation Girl Group, they're now fulfilling their own career.

Sochi was the site of the winter Olympics in Korea.
TaeYeon won me over many years ago and quite by chance. There is so much video content on YT of her life that I am not sure I will ever see it all. And every bit of it confirms her genuine character. Even though she is multi-talented and can sing, dance, act and just hang out with friends on variety shows, her personality is completely sincere!!
I am sure you will enjoy all of the videos of her song releases, concert tours, busking tour performances, parody scenes and so much more.
