It will stay go down, can you please explain me how to make it stop in a proper placement. I already did to push and pull upwards and yet still going down, and also let me know how to attach the photo copy part end (the cover part of the printer) in a right side (I'm struggling on it). Thank you,

i am having same issue with my printer which is in video .but not able to fix.
i tried but not getting fixed
and one service person had come he is saying your printer chasi have prob so need to change
