I don't know if it's so smart to train that hard a week before the fight. Most fighters go light on the last week to rest a bit.

Kelvin training at home gives me confidence, me and my brother have been doing the same since our gym closed, pandemic stuff obviously.
Legit only had 4-5 squares of mat padding for the floor, our gloves, headgear, and all the other sh*t we'd kept at home. It's been months grinding like this and seeing a professional go through that struggle at an even greater level, with even greater stakes, really brings hope.

reminds me of Khamzat, Khabib or Tony workout. Tony can go 6 hours straight without break, Khabib can spar with 4 sparring partners in queu until all of them are tired, and Khamzat always train with his 100% tiring out his coaches and training partners.

Respect to all on their training. I've been working out for many years. Not for fighting. But I know what level I push myself to many nights. So to see that level Gilbert is doing is insane. Also Kamaru with his grappling training. I get tired just watching. Both very disciplined but it's something about Usman. I've never seen a fighter fight at a high level to the end. People like that have a will that can slightly break a person because they keep coming. You have to be willing to fight at minute 24 like minute one with him. Not writing Gilbert off at all but I'm going with Usman.
