A mini-map would ruin the game. The appeal is to get lost, to explore and NOT have a stupid mini-map holding your hand telling you exactly where you are, and everything interesting is. It lets you get lost, and find things for yourself. More games need to get rid of the mini-map, markers and icons.
I felt the length was pretty solid, but there were a couple times where I felt like there needed to be slightly more variety. All that being said though...I still went back and 100% the entire thing. Lol
I absolutely love this game, but yeah, this game needs better direction and a mini map. I have beaten this game 3 times now. And everytime, I have spent like 30 minutes trying to find your frog friends quest. Yeah, there are the maps in the park, but those are also pretty vague and hard to understand, especially when I was playing it for the first time. Also, I feel like the game is too short to be $20. I think if it was 10 that would be perfect
Ok you've sold me whole-heartedly. I was already leaning towards buying it, but now you've well and truely pushed me over the edge. Keep up the fantastic work, and have a lovely day.
This game has so much potential as a sandbox. They’ve built a great foundation with the fluid controls & items that give you different movement options. I would love to see a DLC that adds new items to turn it into a fully realized sandbox, and adds new challenges that force you to get creative with items to add more replay value. I already come back to my 100% save file just to play around with different items, so I feel like ~5 new items that unlock new ways of interacting with the world would push it over the edge into being something I could dump hundreds if not thousands of hours into
Got this game and loving it, my only nitpick is I wish it had a nap. Other than that's it's a simple cozy game that you can enjoy. Playing it makes me want find more good 3d cozy games that don't involve farming or a lot of crafting. My only nitpick was no map. I'm only 2 hours in game so I got more to go.
That might just be because the player is the Gator or can decide what the Lil Gator is supposed to be. As there are male, female or non-binary players, they/them would just be appropriate to encompass them all.
That gator is a humorous little fella. A silly little critta even. One may say a funny little man.
this looks like 3d “a short hike” and im all for it
exactly what I was thinking, just couldn't remember the name.
The dialogue in this game is incredible. The small little bits they do with every character kept a smile on my face all the way through.

It reminds me of A Short Hike
Skateboard riding detective with a lightsaber was what I played as for most of the game.
Unpopular opinion: Jill was the best NPC. 🐶

Cozy lil gators
I’m definitely going to check it out
Hm actually, officially lil gator is NB going by they/them, which is really cute cause it's just a background thing the game never focus on
