    paano po kaya ung skin nawala po phone ko don po nkamobile key account ko.

      Hi @alegnamie ! Sorry to know that!
      Naku, if nawala phone mo, baka macompromise yung BPI account mo.
      You can immediately call the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to report the incident, or you may visit the nearest BPI branch.
      You can also try to unregister or remove your account doon sa lost phone mo:
      Make sure lang na your BPI app is updated to the latest version.
      The try to do these procedures:
      Log in on the BPI app and tap More.
      Tap General settings.
      Under Security, tap Access management.
      Tap Trusted Devices.
      View the last login details of your registered device/s. You can also tap the dropdown button to remove registered devices you no longer use.

      Hi idol @FerdinandMar ! Sa pagkakaintindi ko po is activated na mobile key niyo pero ang problem is di po kayo makasend sa Gcash.
      If ganon po yung prompt, it's possible po na baka insufficient yung BPI account balance ninyo, pwede rin mali ang na-enter na gcash details, or pwede rin po na baka yung gcash ng pagtratransferran niyo ay na-reach na yung monthly max limit kaya di na pwede makareceive ng transfer.

    In my case I can't activate my mobile key bc I'm unable to login in the app., the continue tab is unhighlighted (?)

      Sorry lods now lang nakareply, mejo naging busy. Possible need nyo lang ng troubleshooting. Like check niyo po if updated yung BPI app.

      Hi idol @FerdinandMar ! Sa pagkakaintindi ko po is activated na mobile key niyo pero ang problem is di po kayo makasend sa Gcash.

    Paano po kung over the counter po ako nag open account and never po talaga ako gumawa ng aking bpi online bank? Paano po iyon?

      Sorry idol now lang nakareps, mejo naging busy. Kung wala pa po kayo BPI online, yun po muna dapat una ninyong gawin, activate niyo po yung online banking po ninyo then to follow yung sa mobile key activation.

    Paano po gawin sir wla kasi cilpon ko tapos naka register don main number ko kaso mag online banking ako hindi ako maka pasuk kasi code inibigay main number ko

      Sorry now lang nakareply, naging busy. Ganon din po nangyari sa akin 1 time, though yung nangyari naman sa akin naiwan ko lang sa bahay kaya di ko nacomplete yung process. Pero sa case nyo po ang nabasa ko dati diyan is kailangan niyo icoordinate with BPI. Lalo na po baka macompromise bank account niyo if nandun din online banking access ninyo sa nawala nyong CP.

    Hello po sana ma pansin, nasa australia po ako now triny ko po e activate ulit yung mobile key ko dahil na uninstall ko yung bpi app ko, ngayon lagi syang "we are unable to process your request" sana po matulongan nyo ko

      Hello! Good day! Based po doon sa mga naresearch ko last time pwede niyo po i-try ang mga sumusunod if in case may issue pa rin po 'til now:
      1.make sure the app is updated
      2.Dapat nasa same phone po yung sim and app ninyo
      3.Yung sim should have enough load balance
      4.Use the device with your BPI-registered number
      5.Should of have a stable data connection
      6.Roaming service should be turned ON
      7. Instead of biometrics, try logging in upon opening the app using username and password (a verification process may encounter upon loging in)
      8.You may need to call the BPI hotline if you're outside the country to update your phone number
      Hope ay ma-fix na soon yung issue mo ka-nyz!

      Same problem sa akin na format yung phone ko, kaya ganun nangyari hindi ako Maka send ng message kaya walang otp na ma received

      possible po na baka may lagging issues po yung phone nyo, kaya pwede nyo rin po muna i-try mag clear cache or mag free up ng phone space
      pwede rin po kayo mag-uninstall/ reinstall ng BPI app

    Hello sir, Pa help naman po. Hindi ako maka receive ng Otp laging response unable to process your request at this time. Pero pg gumamit ako ng computer or laptop nakaka receive naman ako ng otp s mobile ko problema naman walang security acess /managers key. Ang dami ko ng ginawa at nbasa..check time and date, clear cache, at sa phone settings off developer,etc..Nasa Denmark ako at mahirap tumawag sa customer service ,hindi kmi kasama s international list nila. Ano kya sir n best remedy pra maayus. Thank u in advance..

      Hello po! Sorry now ko lang nakita ang message nyo. Mukhang madami na din po talaga kayong nagawang possible solution. Ang importante din po ay naset up nyo properly yung security key po ninyo either using code or biometrics. Pwede niyo rin po icheck ang mga procedures sa baba for possible reso:
      1.Make sure the app is updated
      2.Dapat nasa same phone po yung sim and app ninyo
      3.Yung sim should have enough load balance
      4.Use the device with your BPI-registered number
      5.Should have a stable data connection
      6.Roaming service should be turned ON
      7. Instead of biometrics, try logging in upon opening the app using username and password (a verification process may encounter upon loging in) - vice versa
      Ultimately, if in case may issue pa rin after all your efforts, and also since complicated po ung sa case ninyo, then di rin po kayo makacall from Denmark,pwede rin po namang gawin is makisuyo po kayo to any of your trusted relatives here in PH to raise this concern by way of calling the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 for Metro Manila or 1-800-188-89100 for domestic toll-free calls.
      Sana po ay mafix na agad yung issue niyo sa lalong madaling panahon.

      @@nyztv Hi sir thank u sa response,nagawa k n po lahat ng suggestion nyo pero waray p rin nagbago baka n lock ang mobile key ko n kailangan i report din s Bpi. Ayaw mg assist ng Bpi kung hindi ikaw ang may ari ng account...Cguro ,pag umuwi ako next year maasikaso ko ito.
      Nkk bayad ako sa Meralco peto hindi pwede mag transfer ng pera dahil managers key required. Wala acess ang website bpi online sa security/managers key.

      Sorry to know po na until now you still encountering the issue after ng mga procedures. As long as naka ON naman po yung mobile key after clicking Settings> Security section, oks n po dapat. Pero dhil sa location nyo rin po siguro now tlaga and possible lang din po na mas mataas tlga ang security now particularly pag money transfer. Madami din po kasing naglipanang scammer at hacker nowadays. Hope na magawan pa rin eventually ng way to fix the soonest time. Ingat po kayo diyan, and God bless!

      @@nyztv hi sir,wala rin akong acess sa security ko kya hindi ko ma on ang managers key, hindi ako mk transfer ng pera sa pinas. Any alternative?

      Hello po, I know na complicated po talaga ang concern ninyo. The best way now is makaconnect po talaga with a BPI representative. For sure, they will be able to provide a more specific solution po to fix the issue.
      Otherwise, pwede niyo rin pong iconsider na gumamit na lang ng ibang way to send money. Like, pwede niyo pong i-withdraw ang pera ninyo and magdeposit po kayo if may friend po kayo diyan na pwede po kayong makisuyo in the mean time through their bank account. Or, pwede rin na sa ibang mode of transfer like if may Western Union diyan, etc.

      Check niyo na lang din po if yung gamit niyo is yung latest version. Pwede niyo rin po i-uninstall and reinstall. Trinay ko po sa end ko, working naman yung app so far and no issues encountered
