Furthermore, Kingston has many outstanding state and independent schools. Thus many local people loves staying in Kingston as well. The crime rate is really low in Kingston. Apparently, the rent or the price of the properties is very high in Kingston. Anyways, please think deeply about the financial situations before moving into those RICH residential areas of the UK. Richmond 是倫敦貴人區 ，搬遠啲Kingston or Sutton 治安算好又多港人落腳。如果搵到全職工作，攞最低人工千五左右勉強應付到租金兩餐。初來都預左要捱，慢慢熟悉後自然會轉換環境改善住所。單身女士最好結伴同行，有問題都有人商量。

估計剛巧事主有情緒問題啫，可能我好彩啦，若然環境或裝修差就睇多幾間幾，但我睇第一間已經落鎚。衛生問題我選擇咗每日搵個特定區域抹。單身的話見意香港離職前，開定個循環貸款戶口，以應付突發事件。初到步臨時bnb可以租夠一個月，若然快搵到長租屋就豪比佢; 若然未搵到都唔駛因急往租而迫住租間爛屋，甚至加上心理壓力下而疏忽受騙。
租俾學生嘅HMO通常只租俾學生，冇錯真係又嘈又污糟又煙又酒，搬走之後要翻新咁滯，但就好準時交租。質素差嘅HMO唔單止租金平咁，有D仲係免收按金，通常響主打低下階層工人嘅HMO集中地區，例如Crewe、Stoke，有好多工作機會，吸引大量外地工人，但其實佢哋好多都窮到要等出咗糧先有錢，未必俾得起按金，而且佢哋都係時薪工人，租房絕對唔容易，所以環境差都容忍到，同埋好珍惜住緊嘅地方，而且佢哋好多都有屋企要養，為咗搵食先搬嚟哩度，所以比較慳，對煙酒需求冇學生咁瘋狂，未必住得好企理，但相對冇咁污煙漳氣。
