You can only see these kind of gatherings in Nigeria for just a building,what’s the meaning of all these gatherings wasting public funds.

CJN should not be attending events like this. There are cases involving FCT pending in courts including the supreme court, what assurance is there to ensure impartiality in those cases.
And you think being absent from the event can stop whatsoever verdicts they want to give ?? 😂
@@afroboii97 , fiddling, frolicking, and fickling with them openly destroys whatever is left of the confidence people may have of the impartiality of the judiciary in the cases involving FCT , the minister and the other guests. Imagine, there are many cases that have been pending in the supreme court for about 20 years, and the CJN deems it proper to be attending events like this during his official working hours to the neglect of his official duties.
Is there a law that ban CJN from attending public places and again this is Justice gathering not just any gathering so U better do Ur finding b4 commenting don't comment for criticism sake
@@esomiles , There are rules of conduct and etiquette for judicial officers. And the rules restrict their social interactions And the CJN is a judicial officer. Were former chief Justices of Nigerian attending commission ceremonies of projects that have nothing to do with the judiciary?.

The president of appeal court and minister for justice both requested for land to enable the judiciary build offices for appeal court in fct from fct minister, wike but in his usual characteristics of compromising persons/institutions for personal gains, he gave them not only land but also an edifice.

Creating another state out of the Southeast is a novel idea. It is fair and just for equity inoder to ensure continued stalbilization of the country. When states were created in Nigeria, the Southeast was marginally or not fully involved because the Supreme military council and the AFRC that constitutes military high Command was not fully represented by persons from that geopolitical zone. Because of the points alluded, Southeast was short-changed. Same applies to Local government creation. We know that one of the indices through which revenue from the federation are allocated comes through the number of Local governments and states. The more a region or zone has,the more money they get. There are fundamental issues besides this that needs to be addressed to get things right in the country .
