Got a message that you replied to the bent haul out but it won't show for me to reply. Not sure what blooper you wrote :-) but apparently your comment has been removed from Labor Day. Sorry. It wasn't my doing.
@@AskCaptainChris that’s strange-nothing inappropriate I assure you.more me bitching about no boat this summer and the over inflated prices. Oh well-let’s see what other trouble I can cause
Many in my marina will haul for the winter season mid September, I don't understand why they do it so early. I usually do it mid November but then I have to pay 300-600 USD (depending on how far they have to drive to the harbor) for a mobile crane only for my boat. I think it's worth it to extend the season a couple of months.
Yes, use your boat as long as you can before the winter. If everyone else is hauled out then the waterways are not crowded, the air is fresh and you can relax. I agree.
September and October are beautiful boating months here in the NE..Most here will stay in until late October.the hardcore Striper guys will be in til December
Very nice looking boat! Sea Gypsy II.
Looks nice and clean. Good Saturday morning to you and Alyse
Morning Smokey.
Those lifts are remarkable pieces of machinery.
No ugly surprises-that’s always nice

Assuming this is a non-planing hull? Long range trawler?
Yes on both accounts.

Yes but only at 7 knots. A lot of windage too.
