I appreciate the owners effort and three years of hard work! I also wish that you had shot the interior video during day time. Video makes it look like there is no natural light coming into the house. I personally think all the dark furniture doesn’t do justice with the place, should have used lighter colors to make the place look inviting!

First of all, congratulations to Mr Gaba for constructing such a grand and lovely mansion. I can see the finer nuances of quality and taste everywhere. The only thing that I felt could have been better was the gym. I was hoping to see a brand like Precor. The equipment looks cheap. My favourite mansions are in Edinburgh, and this is no less! It is majestic! Very well done, Mr Gaba.

Asking just out of curiosity- what is the plot size, carpet area of the mansion and the approximate cost of it? In Mohali I guess it would not be less than 50 crores including the fittings and furnitures. If this property would have been in Mumbai or Delhi or Kolkata's posh areas, it would have cost at least 120 crores.
