You figure anybody who has spotify for free will see the ads and those who pay for it won't see any ads. I'm not sure , correct me on this if I'm wrong.but if thats the case then you'll just targeting those who don;t have money to spend , you'll get streams but no people that will spend money. Also listening to free spotify is not that fun when the ads keep interupting the songs while you'll have to wait till the end is finished and some of them are pretty long.
Yeah, this is a pretty valid critique of Spotify ads imo. You're hitting users who aren't paying for music, which doesn't speak super well to their music fandom.
@@twostorymediamusic A few reasons, but the most obvious one indicating fraud is that the owner tried to get, I think it was ten free customers who could leave positive feedback on his website. And at the same time you could see fake trustpilot reviews on his website with like 2k very positive reviews.
Thank you for trying the bazillion (technical term) playlist promotions

My conclusion at this point is if you don't spend enough on ads to get a popularity score the algorithm likes, there's almost no point
100%. You need to push to 10k streams in l'ast 28 days' to see some Discover Weekly magic.
Do you still do contests for subscribers where you test music promo on subscribers songs?
Not really... not ruling it out in the future, but I'm also not planning to at the moment.
4000 streams for 299,-? To be honest the result couldnt be worse...
In fairness, I'm still on both playlists. Total is close to 5k now.
Spin promo is a scam, you should have done better research rather than to give them a chance.
Curious, why do you think they're a scam?
