How do you protect your steelbooks? Is there a protecter that I can buy?
I personally use plastic sleeve protectors. Some people use a brand called Malko. Everyone uses different ones. You can check on Amazon.
Butterfly Effect is great. I saw it when I was a kid when it came out and have been obsessed with the theory ever since.
Carlitos Way is really good too. Saw it a second time a few days ago. Has some slow moments with the romance scenes but that's the only flaw I can think of.
I agree with you on Kickass. It doesn't get the love it deserves. I need to watch the 4K soon.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is the title for the first film ONLY in the U.S., the Philippines, and India. The first book and the first film are titled "The Philosopher's Stone" everywhere else.
The book for American distribution was changed to "Sorcerer's" because the publisher felt it be more appealing to readers. So, when the film came out in the U.S. they kept that title.

The first Harry Potter novel/movie in Europe is philosophers stone & in America it's Sorcerer's Stone.

Understand the completionist but at the same time I question why own movies that you don’t like or ever want to watch again like the Harry’s I mean especially if you don’t like it why own it
It’s fun collecting all different steelbooks. But I don’t really seek Star Wars or Harry Potter out. Most of those came with other steelbooks I bought. I probably bought a bundle. I passed out on those Harry Potter and Star Wars steelbooks when they first came out.

E.T. wouldn't make my top 5 Spielberg, but Once Upon a Time in Hollywood might make #5-ish on the Tarantino list. A lot of modern movies I don't feel the need to watch again if I didn't like it, but I think I will give Dunkirk another go. I found it average or below average. I need to explore more Nolan movies, maybe I just don't like Nolan.

I love that Carlito's way steelbook with the gun and Al Pacino's face in it. That is my favorite gangster movie right there. 😂 I enjoyed this one had to watch it in 3 parts but it's really good to see you back! I will agree with you along with Jurassic world that nope steelbook is just got awful. This is why I just got the regular 4K release with slip. That's still book for me isn't even worth a dollar. 😂 Looking forward to the next one

Definitely love collecting them but sooo expensive. Financially, sometimes I wish I wouldn’t have gotten into collecting Steelbooks but I just love it. Example, I have 6 Steelbooks coming and I spent about $350 for them. Some rare gems but at the same time my hobby is breaking the bank.
Yes I understand. It tends to get very expensive. It’s not a cheap hobby.
Why do you buy movies, even multiple copies, of films you don't like?
I, too, collect steelbooks, I have maybe 150 titles. But, not one is a film I don't like.
Because we can. It’s our money. And we like owning different copies. They come with different artwork. We’re completists. Among many other reasons. But the real question is why do you care so much what we’re spending our money on?
@bobsblurays It's not a question of me caring what you spend your money on. I don't give a shit about your money. The question was, "why do you buy films you don't like...?" Completist or not, it's quite silly.
The majority of the time I blind buy and if I don’t like it I keep it. And I love blind buying. And I like owning movies and different types of artwork and releases.

...I've seen "Gladiator" (1992) in the theater. A horrible film. Headed by a lame cover of "We Will Rock You" by Warrant.
I did not compare the two Gladiator’s. I was just speaking on Gladiator from 1992 which was a great film.
