Apart from that other products with prescription with availability only they provided. I got know after 4th year, so previous years wallet wasted. And i can't utilize fully.

There are two scenario 1. If you order a COD product which needs a prescription (issued by the doctor) then you can claim that under the medibuddy Domi claim. 2. If you order any product COD which does not require any prescription then it may not be possible to claim that amount.

This will not work since products like horlicks, complan, shampoo etc are always in cash on delivery mode.

cashless - means the mount will be deducted form your Medibuddy wallet and cashless not guaranteed means there is a high probability that you'll have to pay using cash on delivery
As a medibuddy employee i would like to say that only medicines like gelucil,dolo , insulins , diabetic powders etc will be in the cashless but products like Horlicks, Complan,protein powders will be in cod for tcs and intel employees.

Domiciliary claim is 6000 only, not more than that, you can use the medical reimbursement if the amount is more

Hello Satya, No they don't call you after you place the order cashless, If they product is available then your order gets accepted and then it gets approved after approval the amount gets deducted from your wallet
