A new version of onion. A friend from China taught me this. Delicious and lovely.
These onion chips are kind of festive table decoration!
Inexpensive, beautiful, crispy and delicious! And for a regular meal, you can fry onion in dough only with rings. You can cook onions easily and tasty. This way of frying onions may come in handy.
We need:
onion.
Soak 1 hour.
Flour
Black pepper, salt, paprika.
Egg
Milk.
Vegetable fat.
fry until golden brown.
Yogurt.
Ketchup.

These have been made for many years in the US, & here in Canada.
Made famous by the restaurant "Outback Steakhouse".
They call them the "Blooming Onion".
It's not the healthiest snack / appetizer,
but oh so tasty.
