10 Lower Body Exercises for Total Beginners| 15 MIN Talking Bodyweight Workout

  • This is a 15 minute back to basics lower body workout for beginners. Although this is a no-equipment required workout, I will use a block/dumbbell to demo how to increase ROM for the first exercise (i.e. if you have difficulty sitting deeper into a basic squat or simply want to work your quads more). There are 10 exercises, 10 reps for a total of 100 in honor (a little thank you nod to my new 100 subscribers 🙏).
    Note: This is a talking video so although I try to keep the directions simple, if you prefer silence, you can always put me on mute 😉
    ✦Equipment: optional dumbbell, block or book for heel elevated squats IF you prefer
    ✦Exercises include: squats, lunges/split squats, side lunges, glute bridges, hamstring bridges, single RDL
