Ah ari might just be the most important warrior to ever live.
She kept them from forgetting about their roots, she was the one to remind them of the songs of their people.
It is a true shame she died.

Dr. Augustine has a line where she says we taught them what lie means, they're probably speaking English and using the word lie, just when they do speak Na'vi you hear it in English

That little beaded trinket , like almost everything in Avatar , in truth is really the use of a refelctive example of the use of object seen as being very sacred to some indigious cultures right here on earth. This object called a Wampum string, Wampum is used in "some" indigious cultures to record historical aggrements and important Memorys . so that little string (Songcord or in there language "waytelem") is a mnemonic device, and in this case was used to hold the memorys of ones family, We need to look at our "own" very real world history when Colonizers who came in there "Ships" made a point of taking or in truth stealing the Wampum Belts and strings of diffrent native nations to try and 'Cut" or Sever ones ties to ones personhood and peoplehood , its the same equivlent to the burning of a peoples history books so they can not use them to remember there past. The use of Wampum belts and strings in indigious history and Camerons awareness and recognition of that little beaded trinkets importance in his act of reflecting its use in the films storyverse. this no topical issue at all, we by force took indigious children from there parrents many where killed and burryed in unmarked graves, We Cut there hair and tryed to force them "see" the way we do. But in indigious history they also came into conflict (War) with one another . And a layer of deep understanding of our own primal human behavior came into play , th-cam.com/video/0DaNMtVANsA/w-d-xo.html "That object in Hiawatha's hands (Also called Aiionwatha) is a wampum string . and it can be used to help heal from deep Tramma .

I believe this is supposed to be a nod to how Indigenous Peoples of Canada were treated in the residential schools, since the movies overall theme is a representation on how Native Americans were treated overall, James Cameron is Canadian, so, it's plausible...

Having an army of 'humanized' Na'vi soldiers would be pretty dope.
