The First Freeride World Tour in Spain + Interview with Aymar Navarro!

I get a last minute chance to go see the Freeride World Tour 2022 kick off in Baqueira, Spain and don't hesitate for a second to drive there! It's a historic moment to see the FWT land in Spain! A huge driver for this is local legend Aymar Navarro, and when I get the chance to see him fly down the mountain, I thought "OK, maybe you miss most of it, but at least you can see something!".
So I drive from BCN to Baqueira and try to see as much as possible of the event. Would have loved to see more but I couldn't make it earlier... still, amazing that I get to see fellow Spanish rider Abel Moga land an amazing run that gets him second, witness the first double backflip ever in FWT History from Max Palm (and his deserved win), and the absolutely gorgeous and impossibly difficult line that Aymar chooses...
After the event, I even get to talk to Aymar in person and sneak out a (very) improvised interview with him in the dark... but that's life, you have to make the best out of it!
