How is it even possible.. you've to start your btech course again if you're changing your institute. If you just want to change your branch in same college then you can but you've to score a very good GPA in 1st year

Yes you can go for CST branch. For placement there is not difference for CSE and CST. For syllabus there is a slight difference after the 2nd yr in the third year for the elective subjects.
Are ab utna kuch nhi hota. Ye sab bhot kam ho gya hai....And jyada ho to complain kar dena. Aaj kal colleges me ragging ke against bohot strict immediate action liya jata hai....
