Here’s why the pitch in this version is 4.271% higher than the original: In North America, Japan, and a few other regions, a tv format called NTSC is used. NTSC runs at 23.976 frames per second. In Europe, South America, and pretty much everywhere else, PAL is used. PAL runs at 25 frames per second. Secret Lives is originally in NTSC since it’s a Canadian TV movie. When this dub was made, it had to be converted to PAL so it could be played on Russian TVs. When NTSC is converted to PAL, the speed of the picture and audio is increased based on this calculation: ((25-23.976)/23.976)*100%≈4.271%.
If I had a nickel for every time a Lostwave song was featured as the end credits song of a movie, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice (The other one is “So beautiful now”/ Beautiful by Melissa Burnos)
Any more of these Russian Dubs movies? From what I search from Great! channel it seems there are gonna be plenty of these. Considering "Above The Clouds" still lost, I think we can search it on something like this.
This is where they ripped the sample from for the DVD, the pitch matches perfectly

And it even had the song title and artist in full in those credits!
This is Voice-overed not dubbed, except if you count voice-overs as dubs
