Genuine question here. At 2:07 what is the purpose of raising the ice cube?
I’ve noticed that too in a few these BAR TIMES videos. Maybe to release any CO2 bubbles trapped underneath the ice cube to infuse the entire drink?
To distribute the soda that was just poured on top
What are the ingredients? Cant read them in Japanese...
Woodford Reserve 30ml
Lime juice 15ml
Kina liqueur 15ml
Ginger syrup(homemade) 20ml
Fill with carbonated water less than 60ml
and dried lemon, black pepper, chili pepper, mint
