I've actually been suffering from dandruff also for the longest time, and i found that as recommended, rosemary water helps reduce dandruff completely
I've been using rosemary water for about 2 weeks now, and its amazing, cant believe I've been suffering, lol
I'd say spray it probably thrice a week because it is a little strong, but trust and believe
