Next time you are on the Phase 2 and your IFE is not working, Hold the power icon for ten seconds and it will reset on its own. Trust me jetBlue is my life haha. That’s the kool thing about the Avant system

Mainly just they were rock hard and where the two shades of gray split there was something in that spot that was back pain central.
