Do you have any idea of the upbringing of Indians in middle class homes, the amount of push parents give on the child's education, the amount of hardwork the children put into academics, the amount of sacrifices the parents make to ensure their child gets into good school n college and is able to travel to the US to get the higher education the child desires (Indian currency is very weak compared to US), the tough life immigrant students face in the US overcoming the culture shock, financial struggles, never ending Visa and work permit applications n paperwork, finally when they land the job the struggle they undergo to acclimatize to the US corporate culture which is so different than Indian corporate culture. And are many more struggles....... Indira Nooyi, Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella are products of these struggles. Mark my words, whether you like it or not there are going to be many more Indian CEOs coming in the future and you have to deal with it!
