Several months ago i started a series 'Coding my own tech startup' but i had to stop the series then in india but now i am going to restart the series in Japan.
This time several things are changed like the tech stack, idea and theme of the series as well.
In this video i am going to share one of the my best tech startup ideas i have ever able to thought. I want your suggestion and feedback on this. Please feel free to comment.

1 year ago one of my friend suggested a variation of the idea... It was a like if you want to travel from point A to B via running or cycling you could find a activity partner who has similar routes.
But the main issue we faced that at first there was too few activities to have similar route with similar timing
So my suggestion would be at first to schedule a fixed activity weekly at a fixed location and some moderator should be assigned
If possible give some rewards to make it more accomplishing the problem with our people is that they want everything but want to do nothing

Hey Anand, it is something I would use. But I have a suggestion. You match activities based on location, so I would recommend creating a space based on location to make people familiarize themselves with each other with memes and texts. you know just to cross that initial barrier. I don't want to go out with a creepy person. I would suggest that you should make some small changes to retain users for a long time. To elaborate, I think your ideal customers are someone new to their location or some don't have some to do that activity at that activity. If they made two to three new acquaintances, they might not use your platform. to overcome that you can gamify the platform or add something like local announcements/invites space. finally, I am not sure of this but monetizing with advertising by providing all features is better to get that initial user base which is crucial for start-up growth. Nice idea but the real question is will you be able to monetize this service/app, will it be subscription. Before you start building it either you need big investment to scale this or way to monetize every customer.
BTW I think its a good idea but it needs execution than you taking to a camera for 15 minutes. Also what is the requirement for creating a specific app for this kind of stuff. See i think India doesn't need this app and TAM is also low. Probably Japan and Lonely Japanese people need this more.

sounds intresting, idea me dam to hai people will love this the only concern i have is about privacy for that we can do a small survey related to this application and will ask people about their routinely activities and how they perform those activities based on that we can design our privacy......
A bit of feedback. You need to figure out a way to keep your idea from just being absorbed into something like Bumble. Bumble already has the user profiles, technical infrastructure, and community support team plus features like Bumble BFF so an an addendum service on their existing services is less difficult for them. You need to scale from the ground up and need a differentiating factor. Maybe start with places like Colleges exclusively first or some other tight knit communities where people are interested. You also need a lot of safety controls because malicious individuals use these kinds of services.
Good idea its very well suited for japan. In india try to aquire 1000 users without building any infra , just with whatsapp group , facebook group, and google forms. I hope you understand what i mean. Validate then build all the bells and whistles
What a coincidence, me and my co-founder just started working on this idea 1 week ago and the app's development is also on progress with React Native. And today yt shows me this video on my feed 😂😂

honestly, not a good idea. abhi already kaafi groups hai for books readers, movie watchers, history lovers, instagram clubs, etc. But kaafi rarely hai ki kisi stranger ke saath jana koi bhi ya me bhi pasand karunga at first place. and itni urge hogi toh vese hi instagram kaafi hai. And at the end mostly looks, and dating vibes at all hi judge karke karenge match log and eventually ek aur tinder ban jayega.
buut yes, yeh connections building type thing ki need hai, but we dont want another app for that. you can just host open events, aese cafes, jahan sirf akele jaa sakte hai, taki naye friends cafe me hi bane, etc. idk, but haan, ek alag nahi chahiye voh bhi itni si chiz ke liye... kaafi rarely kisi stranger se connect hona chahunga. toh utna utilisation nahi hai product ka

Personally I would not prefer going to shopping with some unknown, the reason behind it is, if i am going for shopping with a stranger it will be so uncomfortable for me to shop as i will constantly think “whether that person is judging me or not while shopping “ , “I liked something but i can’t but it because it’s expensive but the other person is watching me what he will think” etc. Uk this kind of issue will deter me to use the platform. I hope that u get what i am trynna say mate.
