Thank you for uploading this. I appreciate everything DVH has done for the program over the years but watching this has brought me a new level of appreciation for coach. For me, it helps explain everything he has done during his tenure at Arkansas.
I was born in Nebraska and thanks to the Air Force (Dad) I came to Arkansas and became a HOG FAN by the time I was about 7. I used to lay on the floor of my Grandparents home in Holdredge and listen to Razorback games on AM radio KAAY 1090. BIG RED in Nebraska was a Cornhusker and they were brutal when it came to their football. My first bet on anything was $5 on the Cotton Bowl which we eventually won 10-7. The stress involved with losing a football game prevented me from ever having a gambling problem. Dave Van Horn is and has always been first class. I truly understand his feelings for the people in Nebraska but like him, I think Razorbacks are special. GOD bless him and his Family and GO HOGS!
Interesting hearing DVH say when he was hired that he wants to have to kick the players out at night (and the facilities to inspire the players to stay that late). Just this year DVH said that he has to kick the players out at night because of the new facilities.
Yet he has accomplished everything you can expect for the hardest thing to do, he has one championships took us to omaha many times he just one a sec tournament championship and he nkw has 2 outright sec regular season championships. Just because he hasnt one Omaha doesnt mean he has had championships squandered
And 20 years later who the hell do you think we could hire that would do any better than DVH. You you think you could do any better mr. Telephone tough guy it ain’t easy to win it all if it was then one team would win it over and over like bama in football. But it ain’t easy ole son DVH is still the man with no Natty he still has time to get one but if he don’t then he still is one of the greatest to ever do it in my book. God bless DVH we are damn lucky to have him.

DVH has been the backbone of razorback sports. Solid baseball program for decades(2) lol
