Oh, the nostalgia. I remember the coolest thing ever was a cod TH-camr back in (probably) 2011 posting a clip of one of my across the map tomahawk kills thanks to the community files, and I still think it’s awesome 😂

bo2 theater also has a community tab just like bo1 but yea sad to see the newer cods not even having theater at all wish they would bring it back

This was my first COD after being off games for like 10 years. Grew up on an NES and this game man. Unreal how many hours of laughs, win streaks, dominating game modes we never played, hitting round 100 on Ascension. So many positive memories

This game also has the best combat record and reticle customization and it is absurd to me how the reticle customization of this game has never returned

I remember theater mode being hated and loved. It created a lot of lag issues that were only known in Treyarch games in that period. Hence why in MW3 theater mode had an option to be turned off and ironically that games bad net code became sorta better. I don’t know if that was ever a thing, but I remember those commentators back in the day talking about it.

Black ops 2 has the theatre gamemode, when in it you can watch your friends saved clips. We used to save our trick shots in it and then go back and watch them for nostalgia.

Some say BO3 had better Zombies, some say BO2 had better Multiplayer, some say MW2 had a better Campaign. But no COD has done it’s three modes as good as BO1’s in one game

Black ops 2 is still my favorite CoD game. A lot of weapon variety, great camo's, good zombies, amazing campaign, and an even better emblem creator, and theatre mode. On top of that I have had a lot of great memories with old friends from the game unlike other CoD's.

I haven't played MW3 yet but I rebought MW2 and when I played it, the kills weren't tracking so I couldn't upgrade guns or perks. It was a real shame.
Back in the mw3 days there was this dude I played with who told me if I go to this other dudes cod profile and watch a clip titled *whatever it was* I would get *enter cheat here* (auto aim, walls, lag switch, etc, he had a bunch). Tested it out of curiosity, it worked, I got paranoid they had access to my Xbox so I wiped my hard drive 😂

Bo2 had file share aswell in CODTV. Emblems, screenshots, game modes etc could be found there

Man I remember back in the day how cool the blackbird was, SR71, I went to a museum to see a real one. The only issue I had with black ops 1 was the lack of quickscoping, they kind of killed it, so I’d always end up going back on mw2 with the boys to do some quickscoping.

A little late but the infection lobbies have been around around for awhile, even on MW3 a few months after release there was the FOV "clips" you could watch and get higher FOV just by watching the clip, was labeled as "No Recoil" same thing on BO1 for the PS3 anyway
