Shame

Shame is like a ghost, haunting every step, draining energy and detracting from functionality. Shame is like a waterfall, cascading over the shoulders, the pressure almost pushing you to the ground. Shame has been a huge issue for me in my life, but I have found some things that can help. This is probably something I will struggle with until the day I die, though.
