White Ribbon Alliance UK are proud to present and share this powerful film which encourages women and girls, midwives and birth keepers to advocate for their rights because 'no matter where I live, or where I am from, or what I believe or who I love, we all have an equal right to professional, respectful care, without discrimination.'
Working alongside All4Maternity, UCLan, Optimal Birth, NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust and scripted by Brigid McConville, filmed by Harriet Hoare and produced by Kay King- this film puts the Universal Charter for Respectful Maternity Care into the context of UK maternity services.
