    I was living there from 2006-1015, long commune to downtown Orlando. You have to pay tolls everywhere you go or you are looking an hour drive to popular areas (Disney, theme parks, winter park, leu garden, Orlando Science Center. It was depressing for me and my family!! I felt like I was trapped there. Schools are ok, but there are other areas in Orlando with good schools but a lot more convenient compared to LN. The only good thing is it is close to the airport, so if you work in the airport that is nice. But I will not live there if I move back. UCF, Winter Garden, Winter Springs, Dr. Phillips, Winter Park are much better and well developed.

      When I went to visit Lake Nona earlier this year that was a major turnoff, seeing all those expensive homes all on top of each other . There's no breathing space between each cookie-cutter home... and the HOA's, Developer's fees and other fees will ware you down!!!. Where are the homes with space and big back yards?

    • @drewhour

      @@heidiguz88 You need to find a different development since require a big backyard and lake. There are many in Orlando and just outside Orlando that have large backyard. Lake Nona has a different priority. Not all developments are the same and all do not have big backyard.

    I unfortunately noticed The villages when I was visiting that many people speed at least 10 miles or more over the speed limit but there’s virtually no police controlling the speed limit and several bicyclists have been killed or seriously injured.

    1) Which community is better (in terms of resale value and growth ) summer Dale or Laureate Park or Isles of lake nona?
    2) resale value of Townhouse vs Single family house?
    3) in Summer dale any feature impacts to upcoming Osceola parkway expressway project?

    • @willhuie4015
      @willhuie4015  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Laureate Park is definitely the most desirable and epicenter of the new development in lake Nona, however that’s reflected in the price of the homes
      SFH > Townhomes. Even though the market right now is hot for both right now, buyers here usually prefer SFH.
      Still seeing the same impact for Orange County, haven’t heard anything regarding those getting raised due to the the expressway project in Orange County.

    Awesome content Will!! How's the quality and reputation of Jones Homes USA, new build single family homes, right next door at Eagle Creek? They are still building. Thank you very much for letting me pick your brain! Happy Friday. Epic drone footage; just liked and subed.

    • @willhuie4015
      @willhuie4015  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Jones Homes isn’t a major builder in traffic area, however they build a high quality product. The homes in Eagle Creek are stunning from the ones I’ve showed, and depending on your taste you might like them better than laureate park homes. They usually build on a single lot basis so the homes are pretty custom as well. I’m glad you liked the video and thanks for subscribing! Feel free to email me with any other questions 😁

      @@willhuie4015 Thank you Will for the swift response! This is very helpful. Great Pro Tips!! How would you compare Jones to Toll Brothers? Both seem ritzy, luxury, reputable, craftsmanship. By the way, Lake Nona is the spot. I see lots of potential in home appreciation!

    • @willhuie4015
      @willhuie4015  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SunnyDevils Lake Nona is definitely good for appreciation given that there’s still a ton of development in the area now and in the future. I’m a huge toll brothers fan, if the home is fully upgraded I would likely say toll brothers, but it really varies on price, because Jones builds some beautiful estates as well. Toll brothers has a community coming up on Lake Whipoorwill if you want to compare the models there to Eagle Creek as well!

    • @SunnyDevils
      @SunnyDevils 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@willhuie4015 Again, thanks for the swift Pro Tip!! Toll Brothers caught my eye too! Would Toll Brothers and Jones easily rent as long term (12 month lease) in Lake Nona? Especially, with big business relocating there. Curious on demand of luxury rental (great Lake Nona schools). By the way, do you also handle property management or have any referrals? Epic content, once again!!

    • @willhuie4015
      @willhuie4015  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SunnyDevils I’d be more than happy to send over any recommendations for property managers. Demand for rentals are high throughout all price ranges in Lake Nona (I rent there myself). With the Medical City nearby and the new Disney Campus, it should be fairly easy to rent out to other people, especially given the income level of the residents it attracts. However you would have to purchase direct from the builder as they only sell the homes.
