Superb tutorial Sir. One question, what if we want to save data instead of query the data? Still utilized SOAP. Just imagine I would like to add a new record in XMLSoccer database. SAP --> PI --> SOAP --> XMLSoccer Web Services. Would it require extra settings? How can I achieve that?
Some of webservices provide CRUD operation i.e Create Record ,Read Record, Update Record and Delete Record. These CRUD operations are exposed by the webservice providers via unique endpoints . You can use the provided endpoint and get the desired result. In that case all you need to do is to provide the extra parameter that the endpoint requires in order to perform the operation on the Data base table. The basics which is there in the video remains same for all the SOAP based webservices. Hope I have answered your question . Cheers!

Hi Vinay, good to know that you liked the video. About mapping the response, the logic here is to get the raw response without any transformation. However you can add mapping program of your choice to transform the response as per your requirements. To cut it short, I wanted to illustrated an asynchronous scenario here which least complexity.

No. Ideally you should be able to call the service from any system over internet.
