I’ve had three children, my older two were born in my 20’s, my last was born when I was 42. I definitely noticed that my actual body shape changed (not including extra fat), my feet are wider and my rib cage is wider as well. It does change back with time, at least in my experience. For example the first year after my youngest was born I couldn’t wear any of my regular shoes but now being almost 4 year out, I am able to wear my regular size again
I’ve only had one child. I’m 2 years 9 months postpartum. My ribs feel like they’ve mostly done back, my hips???? They have slightly gone back but are definitely still wider than they were pre baby. It is interesting to see the changes. Approximately the same weight. Muscular both before and now, but not THE SAME. Yah know? It’s super interesting and I’m also interested to see how it keeps changing the further I get into motherhood lol
