I've started working as a carpenter andI can only workout at the end of the day in my garden when it's cold, dark and sometimes raining. I love training outside too but it's 20x better when it's warm and sunny. keep up the good work man, you're doing great
Thanks Alex, working out as a carpenter and continuing to workout, shows much more dedication than I. I'm fortunate enough to work late afternoons into night. So, i'm blessed there. You into weighted calisthenics, as well? Hoping and wishing you a kick ass day
Honestly, it strength sneaks up on you. I remember looking to the pull up bar and having this fear of pull ups. And now, when I perform pull ups without weights. It's like you FLY chest banging into the bar. The most recognizable strength, JOINTS are strong. And, acceleration from bottom to top is improving. Also, instead of always kicking my legs up. I'm keeping my legs straight. Which shows progress in itself. However, that said. I do feel any progression to be probably GREAT... 2 set... 5x5, anything that is going to be a gradual increase of weight to any exercise is going to be beneficial as long as one is continuing to get CONSISTENT. Sleep. Exercise. Diet. Right now. I feel 2 set is just the "Hot Method". But, PERSONALLY I like it. It's easy to track. And, at the moment I find it to fit my life style. Hope this helps brother. Much love. Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'll help out as much as I can.
Matteo, MY MAN! Thanks brother. Been working on skills, handstands, a lot more. Hoping to really get that handstand push up down for the summer time. Hope you've been good my friend. Thanks for checking in.
