- This week I go to garage sales and buy a lot of video games that has one game in there that will make your jaw drop. Next, a guy brings a half ounce of pure gold and a signed Dallas Cowboys Micah Parsons helmet into the shop and he wants an outrageous amount of money for them. Then lastly I find an item at a yard sale that is something you might pass by and not even think twice of but I sell it for a huge profit.
Was impressed with the $200 offer for the system + games. When the guy said he wanted 30-40 a piece for the games and immediately accepted the deal..you know he was sweating.
for real. he loaded up that system quick as hell! lol

I appreciate the advice at the end! Most people don’t realize the work that goes into this type of business! You constantly have to have a revolving inventory!
Good find man. I’m honestly shocked how people don’t take the time to look up old video games before they sell.
They don’t because 99% of the time it’s shovelware with games and every once in a great while there a gem in there. It also has nothing to do with just games this is for everything. There is way better stuff out there than games that you can find easier and is worth more

Blockbuster had a clearance sale.. They were selling everything.. VHS, DVD and, video games.. everything.. including displays, shelves..

Nice score with the zombie nation i found a stack of gamecube games at a rummage sale a few months ago and paid $10 and sold them for $650 i was so pumped ! Great video justin, love the content.
Yeah man what people don’t see is the 95% of sales where you won’t find anything. And I would say 1 time out of 50 sales I might find real good stuff. The advantage Florida has is longer garage sale and flea market seasons. Like I use to go to Texas in Feb every year and sales are going on there but where I live snow is still on the ground in Feb. Going to. Garage sales is can be beneficial but a very large majority of people get burned out who try it once they realize how hard it is to find good stuff and the hours you have to put in to do well. And that’s not counting everything else like doing homework so you are more knowledgeable, taking an item home and pricing it correctly (most people don’t know how to look prices up correctly), then listing it & then shipping it. It’s a ton of work. It’s amazing how people struggle looking things up correctly. Even my GF helped me the other day and told me this item is worth $40-$60 and I said there is no way you did something wrong and she argued with me and when I looked it up the cheapest price online was $13.99 shipped so it was worth $8 lol. She said I looked at Sold Listings and I saw some that Sold between $40-$60. I told her it doesn’t matter if something Sold for $1,000 if you can buy the exact same thing for $20 right now lol. I said see this is what I deal with often with people who do look stuff up. Almost always if people say they look something up I know they will want much more than it’s worth bc they did it wrong.
You’re absolutely right. People don’t realize how much work goes into reselling but in the end it’s worth it. Thanks for watching.

I like that Lewis & Clark coin that guy wouldn't sell you! Since I am a 4th Generation Oregonian, I would LOVE to buy one of those, Lewis & Clark are pretty special to us here I'm Oregon for obvious reasons, as they are a HUGE part of our history in this area!!

I look at yard sales, almost like fishing. The more lines you have in the water theoretically the more fish you will catch. The more sales you go to, the more you will find

Cant believe that 1/2 buffalo is selling for almost double melt, never knew they made the buffalos in fractional sizes, after searching looks like it was only the one year. I wish I could pick up 1/2 oz saving up for a whole ounce is rough.

I love going to yard sales I usually travel up to 50miles every weekend spring and summer looking for silver and gold coins and jewelry and old fishing gear I’ve found so much stuff over the years now my 3 sons are following my footsteps looking for stuff they can resell and make a profit but like you said for every one good yard sale you probably have to go to 25 that you find nothing we enjoy watching your videos

Good of you to point out that we're only seeing the interesting highlights- I suppose you could do a livestream of you yardsale-ing sometime, let us all watch 4 hours of you finding nothing, show what it's mostly like. Success is preparation plus hard work plus persistence plus opportunity- you've got the formula down, keep on grinding. Helps that you enjoy it and seem to be good at it.

Florida has alot more sales because of the weather probably, lots of year round nice weather.
$160 in customer wrapped rolls produced 4 40% halves. Oddly none were newer than 1992. Still a win, still a stackin. Love your content!

I feel that 40 garage sales with nothing but baby clothes and couponer hoards. Fine if youre looking for 50 bottles of Dawn dish soap, but not for the big dollar money makers. Good scores at the sales and also on the gold!
