I am familiar with most of your moves but you never fail to surprise me with more fun moves like doing the squat and moving backwards and then forwards. Your a genius and simply fabulous... I like these shorter workouts (15-20 mins) as I can squeeze them into my mornings. Love these low impact, high energy workouts (although I did modify the star jacks a little). Thanks for all your efforts Lucy, it's most appreciated by those of us who want to keep active and fit.

I absolutely love doing your workouts! I have had hip surgery 2 years ago and a major back surgery 8 months ago and I was so excited to get right back into your workouts! Can you do more hiit workouts? LOVE them!! Please don't ever stop doing this for others Lucy! I am all by myself but when I work out with you I feel like the world is with me! Thank you Lucy, I struggled to see some of the moves on the bridge, luckily I knew the moves from previous workouts, dark clothes and a dark background, don't mix too well. Apart from that though a good workout, I am cream crackered! Xx
Your voice is lovely and I absolutely love the way your cueing. My son is zooming from home for school because he broke his foot so it's nice to be able to listen to you while he's in school 🤗
Ms Lucy 😭bust and booty lift was very difficult for me. I had to stop for a few seconds for the second step of booty lift. But I could see that my balance improved. T bend is now easier for me. Moreover I had severe pain at shoulders. Is it me or everyone feels that round 2 of these two parts make the concerned parts ache too much. I felt like I should stop but these will definitely result best. So I could do these complete week . So I hope this 15 minutes adventure would be fun and does not involve that much pain.
If it hurts do a little bit less. Give your body the chance to get used to the moves, later you can do the exercise without pain. Challenge yourself but DO NOT hurt yourself.🤗

So I stop and question myself am I doing anything wrong with this move. Though painful all of her workouts do produce amazing results.
