It got leaked actually in late June. I remember when it did and I was like man I hope Lil Mosey releases this soon officially because it’s a banger, it got big and it finally blew up on TikTok but then they finally released it officially in February and I was so happy.

problem is that they have samples to clear, so it's not always possible to officially release quickly.
That’s not how it works, music has to be cleared by label, publisher etc. Things take time especially when it involves legalities such as sample clearance.
