You guys did a great job with the place. I like the layout with the bedrooms at opposite ends. Lack of natural light would be a deal breaker for me but I know it's tough to get everything on your want list in NYC.

Yes it’s so difficult to find! We loved the layout and space, so that helped us make the decision in the end and makes me so grateful for all of the light we get now!!

@@JennaEvangelia well done. I live in a studio that is 460 sq ft, it's pretty spacious but whoever the architects were for your building were much smarter in the way they utilized the space.

First apartment tour I’ve seen with a space similar to mine! love how your decor highlights the original apartment details. have you considered putting art above your headboard?

I love that you can relate to the space🤍 I have definitely considered putting artwork in that spot! I wanted to start with filling the walls that you see when entering the room and then go from there 😊
