    Another great video! I like how you organize all your NPCs. I tend to wing it but then I often forget to tell the players important info. I'm going to try the GM Notes module. Thanks for sharing!

    Just found your channel. Great overview. So many modules and always good to hear what others are using and how they use them.

    Thanks for your wise advice, i've watched several of your videos to get better has a DM.
    I'm following most of your Curse of Strahd videos and modelling them for my games in a high fantasy setting.
    I always liked vampires, but was never a fan of horror genre.
    Maybe, I'll run COS in the future... but there are many other modules that interest me.
    My group keeps falling apart all the time because I get alot of players who are not committed.
    Hopefully, in the future I'll be able to have a full group of dedicated players like you do in your Curse of Strahd campaign.
    I am looking forward to your RPG setting.

    "The names in Curse of Strahd are kind of complicated..."
    *Laughs in Forgotten Realms*
    Good video - I'm struggling with how to categorize my NPCs right now, since "location" doesn't work very well for me. You've given me some good ideas though.

    • @PyramKing
      @PyramKing  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe categorize them by MAIN NPC and Creatures. Let me know what you come up with. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Pyram King, great videos ! I loved your Theater of Mind setup videos. Can you explain the "B" and "M" behind map names? B=Battlemap, M=Theater of Mind?

    • @PyramKing
      @PyramKing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. B = battle map, M = theater of the mind map
      Posting a new video on lighting theater of the mind map today. Thanks for watching

    Can you make a video showing a way to populate npcs with icons and tokens, hopefully relatively quickly :P. Assuming one is using the DND beyond importers?
    Great video btw, thanks

    Great stuff. I agree that the book pictures of NPCs do not work for the role playing. I was wondering what your token creation module was? The one you show there.

    You do things in a very similar way as I do, i like it. Whos the artist for those other Wacher family members tokens? It looks like its the same one.

      Many times I am looking in the Curse of Strahd Discord #Art section. Also - searching google images for "Lady Wachter" may yield good results.

    Since GM Notes doesn't seem to work any longer, is there any known alternative?

    • @PyramKing

      I use the built in secret notes.

      @@PyramKing Are you aware of a way to add notes to NPCs/monsters in a similar manner? I think GM Notes allowed this. I believe I didn't come across something similar in the built-in options. Thanks 🙏

      @@lech.a I have been looking at an old module (out of date) - but I spoke with Blair (developer) to fork it an update it called GM Secret Block.
      foundryvtt.com/packages/gm-secrets/
      I am looking at V10 to see if secret will be updated. If not - perhaps Blair will update GM Secret Block - which I will update my guides with.
      Thanks for staying in touch and watching my videos.
