Can under stand if the 5 stars were 50/50 lost character but i keep wondering how r character banner characters f2p

If you play the game, explore, do your commissions and events, you can get plenty of 5 stars. The game has been out for 4 years. There has been plenty of time to accumulate resources in the game. F2P doesn't mean the account can't have 5 stars. Just means the player earned them through in game means.
