for anyone who needs help with the wheels. there suppose to go all the way in to the base. you will have to push hard but it’s much easier if you push them into/towards the back of the wheel they slide in much easier that way versus pushing them in from the front

I started mine around 3pm and finished after dinner... which I skipped. The booklet, while cleanly printed, could be a little larger for anyone who doesn't have a magnifier or the like. The book references "shims" in the English set of directions. In most cases the term reached for, in relation to screws and bolts, would have been "washers". As a result of failing to make the connection in time, I had to unscrew the long bolts I'd erroneously used and screw in the shorter galvanized cap screws. Effectively, I put twice the strain on the tool and one set of bolts which perhaps caused the T-wrench "round over" or the hex drive to deform. I'm not sure how tight these fasteners got... I wish I could get lucky just once with this sort of thing... Had I seen this vid before getting started, and then spy the "shims" I'd still be at a loss as to where they go without optical aids, and watching this vid didn't make a point of showing them to us. The head rest support is kind of Ding-Ding. I'm insured... The music was plesant.

I can't seem to get the wheels on, not sure if this video is accurate? I'm pushing extremely hard down on the insert and the wheel will not pop in.
Did you figure out how to get the wheels in? I feel like the rings are preventing me from getting the wheels in all the way.
@@BC-eh6bz I did. You basically should just position them straight down and wait for them to click and then they will be inserted.
Hard to describe over text but watch the video slowly and it will work.
Don't be afraid to push down hard either.

After cursing the wheels for not going in for ten minutes, I discovered that if you push on the centre of the wheel "housing", in other words, on the base directly in line with the pin you're trying to insert, it goes in easily...
There is no right/left indicator in the base seat. I couldn’t figure it out even from this video.

@SIHOO you guys failed to mark which is front and back side in the rear side of the seat ..it's there in the manual but the back side of the seat does not have same marking to clarify that............ I also feel the 2D diagram of the rear side of seat is wrong :| stuck in the middle of the assembly :|also the left and right is marked on the hand rest but not on the seats were the left and right should go :|

not mine. The lift piston starts out in the lowest position but won't lift you and the seat together. Or did I miss the point?
Same here. I have just assembled the chair. Height is at lowest position, and it seems impossible to change it. Very disappointing :/
I don’t know if you still have this problem but I had the same issue and got fixed after I called their customer support. Apparently you got to twist the trigger clockwise instead of pushing it up and down like other office chair. Hope it helps.

This chair is way too hard to disassemble
Normally new chairs are more difficult to disassemble, if you have any problem you can contact Sihoo official website customer service, Thank you.
Well, as the directions often state, "Some Disassembly Required" I found the T-hex wrench to be only strong/hard enough to set the screws in the legs once. Removing them and replacing them again, with the correct ones, (My error) put twice the strain on the tool and the cap screws. I think the tool had just enough in to finish the job, but I'm seeing deformations of the surfaces and I don't expect much more out of it.
