I had a very hard time following who you were speaking about throughout the video. You also talk very fast so it's hard to follow. I talk fast too, so, no shade, just without a clearly visible pointer, it's hard to follow in certain videos .
I'm not 100% sure but I think King does absolutely nothing for either Diane, as one is part of the Giants team and the other one from the tavern or whatever the name is.
Yeah if you check the codex both Diane's are not in the seven deadly sins even tho us as fans of the seven deadly sins know that she is but that's a rookie mistake not knowing how that works when it tells you what there a part of check your codex folks

Neither Diane qualifies for the 7DS buff from King for some reason.
They both don’t have the “Seven Deadly Sins” tag. I think one is fighter, and the other is Giant

Did you know that, if you unlock rateup character, you can get him from normal ticket :D.
I got meliodas from the normal banner without ever pulling on his (still not lvl 6 on summoning and f2p)
