+Mizuru Yu it's a parody of miku's "yume to hazakura" by a chinese singer (you should look at some of their other songs, it's really good)
the title is something like "ask the buddha," and the lyrics don't exactly talk about cherry blossoms, but they talk a lot about the scenery and tiny things, like the wind, moon, stars, ants, etc. and i think they have similar themes about thinking of the past (my chinese reading isn't that good, but i think they tried to change it so it's more about chinese culture than japanese culture, and i often hear song lyrics talking about the small, unnoticed things in life. it's actually really beautiful) so yea, probably not a direct chinese cover.
there's actually lot of parodies to this melody, including "旅途·故鄉" based on a chinese bl novel, and there's also the song "grandmother's bridge" which is sung by luo tianyi, the chinese vocaloid. tianyi's version also has the same theme of "yume to hazakura," about reminiscing on the past. you should definitely listen to it if you havent yet. (though it might sound somewhat similar)

CHRISSTARKK 问佛 (wen fo) it can be literally translated to "Asking the Buddha (or more accurately, Bodhisattva)." The song is about a girl suffering from the lost of her lover. She ask the Buddha, who taught that letting go can free one from such sufferings, "how could I?" She understands that the line of fate between her and her lover no longer connects and accepts it, but she said she cannot ever let go. This relationship defines the happiest times of her past life. In the end, she did reach a resolution: the Bodhisattva has reached nirvana and expelled from him/her all sufferings and pain but she, since she cannot be like so (and she rather not), accepts the solitude that will accompany her for the rest of her life. (I think, probably not 100% correct)
