One of my favorite lessons of my life happened when i was in rehab for the first time when i was 20.
The counselors encouraged people to "pull up others' awareness" about things like personal appearance, hygiene, and more importantly, behavioral responses. When we received a "pull up," we'd have to say, "Thank you."
    And a genuine thank you.
This has helped me grow so much, and 30 years later,i still use it everywhere. It really cuts down on defensive reactions and projections, and it helps humility grow.
    It's CLEANSING😊❤❤❤.

Great video!! From recent experiences I just want to add that it’s common to experience some resistance in saying these phrases. The ego wants to tell you that you’re blameless which is just a trap that keeps you stuck. Also doing this exercise with the intention of “getting rid” of something is just more rejection and judgement which also keeps the energy stuck. In order to get off the struggle bus it helps to connect deeply with the vibration of these words which are full of love and compassion.

I remember one night while I was sleeping I was dreaming that I was running away from two wolves that were chasing me when suddenly I stopped running, turned around to face them and I said the Ho'oponopono prayer and the wolves turned to ash and floated away. So it's very powerful!

along the same lines: I like to think that there is no neutral attention; I am either blessing or condemning . and since the ‘external’ is a mirror, condemn it, and it condemns you; bless it, and you are blessed

Your video was in my feed. I just watched you for the first time and subbed.
I have been on my (forced) spiritual path for a couple of years now. I express gratitude often during the day. I started doing Ho'oponopono for the first time a few days ago... because I'm trying to "make sense" of recently being in an accident and needing surgery for broken bones. With Tolle's teachings, I've been able to manage my Pain-Body and I hope that Ho'oponopono will help to further "cleanse" any negative thoughts and emotions. 💙

Hi, I have been raised by a narcisstic mother and been married to one for over 20 years. We cannot change them, we can only change ourselves. We can forgive ourselves that we did not respect our bounderies, that we didn't respect ourselves enough etc. We have to detach from them and not absorb the pain. Perhaps this helps a little bit. Good luck.
