ninja’s skin came out 3 months after chapter 2 started and when they announced his skin they announced multiple other icons including lufu and grefg in the blog post, meaning they most likely have been talking with these creators since before chapter 2 started or very early into chapter 2. there is no way ninja would have known he was going to dislike that chapter when it literally started not too long before his skin came out, plus if they released his skin just a month later in the season majority of people call the best fortnite season (chap 2 season 2) he wouldn’t be complaining. point is, while ninja is able to have his own opinions, he is still complaining about a great opportunity because they didn’t want to do it until his “least favorite chapter” (not to mention he still made and continues to make money off of SAC regardless of if his skin is or is not in the shop) the worst part is that if the icon series never existed, people like ninja would still find a reason to complain, perfectly summing up most of this game’s community; never satisfied. (this is all my opinion, btw, except for the blog post part)

For me, chapter 4-6 have felt like epic no longer enjoys working on the game. Chapter 1 is a perfect example of them enjoying making the game. They communicated with the community, everyone was happy and excited to play the game. They were focused on improving the game itself. "tanked" fortnite has only gotten better in every way. Literal bots can now have fun and enjoy the game. It went from a sweaty BR only game, to a fun sandbox with a great battle royale mode with many options and things to do. Fortnite is only going up.
